More Advanced Exercises

 
Some more advanced exercises:
  • Planks: while in the plank position, lift both feet completely off the floor. Hold for 30 seconds.
  • Pushups: when pressing up from floor, both hands should lift off floor, and remain off for 10 seconds.
  • Situps: when coming forward, continue motion with hips lifting completely off floor until standing on feet. Continue into forward somersault. Repeat.
  • Pullups: when pulling down, the entire apparatus should sink into floor.
